Robert Gleyberman

Robert was born and raised in Brooklyn and will never let you forget it. He has been working in the NYC food startup scene after studying biology and psychology at UAlbany. Currently, he works for Ox Verte, a plant-forward food company working to reinvent office breakfast and lunch. He is passionate about the local food movement and using food as medicine. You can usually find him composting his CSA veggies or annoying people about why they should be composting.
